Description:
All SAUG members are invited to register for the first meeting for 2021 of the increasingly popular Digital Supply Chain SIG. The previous year, with its disrupted supply chains, showed to need for becoming smarter, building resilience in supply chains and transforming them into a valuable driver for an enterprise.
Along with the great knowledge sharing and networking, this SIG meeting will feature two great presentations to ramp up your knowledge:
‘Where is my stuff?’ with the SAP Logistics Business Network At any point in time, the need for a resilient supply chain is crucial. Companies are challenged with uncertain supply, demand volatility, and constrained capacity. Business networks deliver enhanced visibility, greater efficiency, and improved collaboration to help supply chains thrive in challenging environments. This session will look at the Logistics Business Network and how you can collaboratively track inbound and outbound processes across a diverse group of stakeholders. Adam Peanna – Centre of Excellence, SAP Digital Supply Chain
Scheduling and Dispatching of Resources – an update on the SAP capabilities Scheduling and dispatching are important capabilities to allocate and optimise resources, including people, tools, and materials. The portfolio of SAP solutions for resource scheduling and dispatching has changed significantly in the last few years, with new products being developed, and acquisitions of a number of third-party providers. In this session we will provide an update on the current capabilities available both with S/4HANA and in the broader SAP portfolio. Jon Wilson – Centre of Excellence, SAP Digital Supply Chain
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and discus all related Supply Chain issues with our guest presenters and the other SIG members. Register now and please pass on to your colleagues.
